I’m sharing the real progress, decisions, and receipts from this hackathon as the build moves forward.
The live timeline
I defined the agency structure.
I turned the idea into a five-step agency workflow: brief, research, format, production, and learning—with human approval at the end.
I started sharing and sourcing content.
I began reaching out to people and working out where the content will come from.
I made the plan.
I decided how I will build, what I will share, and how this build log will work.
I was told to make it public.
I started building a Cloudflare page and sharing the build on LinkedIn.
I picked the Instagram agency.
It felt better for showing real traction by 6 PM. It also fits the rubric and gives me more creative freedom.
I explored two ideas.
An AI pundit and an Instagram agency.
I arrived.
I got to the hackathon and settled in.
